They have much more to figure out. What do they value the entire Market Cap at ? How much % to attribute to legacy NEAH ? Do the provide a premium to legacy shareholders ? Once all NEAH stock is Class A and it goes to a small float of stock, does this get traded on an exchange or restricted for a time period ? Do they provide a new Common Stock ? If so, how big a float and how much do they initiate trading at ? Instead of a premium for the Class A holders, do they instead offer a discount on new common to Class A holders ? nothing but questions and no answers. JMHO Bill
