... there's a (twice attempted) failed Plan 6, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, a (twice) publically scorned debtor rep ... ? ... not to mention a DE and D.C. dual tracking legal process and an end result ruled on in CA' June of 2017' ? ... and all of the retailers that within Plan 7, were given an opportunity to be able to "Participate" ... nothing around here surprises me' ...

Well, there's obviously NO 75/25 bucket of everything to the end', load of ?, ... and there's obviously NOT going to be any more WMI-LT, LTI's to be issued', ... another load of ?, ... whatever' ...

... However, the group of them, truly tried to get Plan 6 approved' ... I'm staying, as I believe the Tranche 4 WMI Senior Debt' is going to be paid off and completed soon' ... and the, "Cases Closed Shortly Thereafter"
