THATS RIGHT. They issued a 351G via Delaware the exact way it should using a third Corp in order to alleviate all debt in this shell. This is now an attractive entity with an incredible OS and float. Looking forward to seeing what’s coming in here. My guess has been pharmacy or nutraceutical with MMJ industry as the appe. We shall see just how close and if we are -and this merging company has great revenues— this could easily go .10-20 pps IMO.
