Market conditions have changed; therefore, the trading plan has to shift to accommodate the shift from long to day trading short pips (movements) and swings. It's a very disciplined game of getting in and out. Sometimes multiple times in the same stock. You can ride the waves up, and sell them on the way down - over and over... It's not for everyone, but it pays the bills smile

Always have a trading plan in place. Avoid the noise on the boards and focus on protecting capital and following your trading plan.
