I'm extremely happy with my equity gains last 5 years.
You must be in a good market because everything I see in CA is falling. People are making the mistake of thinking they can sale their home for what it may have been worth last year and now you have an over abundance of over priced homes in a declining market. I think next summer/fall will be the time I will buying more.
