re: Okay, those items are there where normally seen- only mine aren't seen on the start page because the side bar and address bar are a solid black color and I have not been able to change the color.

About 8 feet from mine is my wife's same computer . Her address and side bars are white. Until the present, have not found any settings that are different (but there seems to be so much to look for that I'm confusedly snowed).

Is this a W-10 setting or an Opera browser setting.

BTW, I mentioned way back when W-10 was installed here that I liked 10 immensely , but thought that "learning curve" would be steep. As for myself that opinion has not evolved much.

Of course it's not like in classroom setting- with time limit. By the time I seemingly master 10 ... Obsolete? Oh, no...I may be obsolete before W-10.
