I can't get past Cortana's welcome interview...SOMETHING WENT WRONG!!! after choosing accept for the privacy settings....new HP Notebook Windows 10...did the hardware tests with HP tomorrow I call MS, this is ridiculous wasting my time , what happened to powering up and seeing Windows???
