Hi Xena. No offense, but Aeroman is right. ALso, the quality goes way down. Again, if you want proof, go to the Buffalo, NY hospitals and see how many Canadians dominate the waiting rooms. I've had conversations with them and they will point blank tell you that their health care is not close to ours, which is why they are coming over to have key procedures done.
