What happens when people are handed “free” medical care is that the price-tag goes through the roof - someone must eventually pay the bill, which will be UN-affordable (many $Trillions) – government involvement in health care (as with everything) is the biggest factor in driving up health care costs - to want more government involvement is pure insanity.

Increased market competition and getting government out of health care is what will bring down costs, making it more fair and affordable for more people – people must responsible for their own care, not UN-accountable, big-government bureaucrats.
