IMO this is all old news if they are able to raise some funds to pay for the audits 25-50k and do some analysis of the core samples they say they have. As well as more drilling and .... but we are talking al least 3-5 million in funds to do this not sure where that will come from unless they find some investors. With a billion shares out there it will be hard to go to the market for more funds.
I’m no expert so do your own due diligence.
