It would be the same as if there were no RS since the SP would move much easier once a RS is done due to fewer shares in the float. A RS of 10 for 1 for example would reduce the float by 1/10. With news that would normally increase the SP by $0.50 without the RS would now increase by 10 times that, or by $5.00. It's all the same, just a multiplier to adjust the SP, not the total value you would own.
