There is a rumor going on at PKGMD is converting into a VertVille Technology Holding Company they are doing a [7,000 : 1] RS to bring a price between $0.01 and $3.50 most likely starting at $0.70. And they filed for a change of Business Structure & Name & Ticker & about 3,571,429 Authorized Shares.
To me it looks like PKGMD is being restructured to hold Tech, like PESA & PixelMags Digital Tech, Crypto Mining / Exchange subdivisions. There is a lot more other VertVille Tech that I did .and/or. (not) mention, that might .and/or. might not be integrated. In my opinion the first attempt with SPCL, a Non-SEC Filer PKGMD will not have to be vocal in any distribution good news the CEO files 4, 10q, 10k, and news is inconsistent and is a coin flip of good .or. bad news. The guy running things has held several CEOish positions, but PKGM was his first Ticker he birthed. It is all VertVille logic of course.
