Here's the awful truth, and numbers concerning R/S....

As an example, with your original purchase price, averaging $2.00 a share, owning 10,000 shares....a cost basis, of $20,000.

You have $20,000, of your hard earned cash, invested in $FUSZ$!!

As of close of trade today, with the SP at .21, your current $FUSZ$ position is worth $2,100...down $17,900.

The share price has to rise ONLY $1.79, one dollar seventy nine cents, for you to sell, and break even.

After a 1:40 reverse split, with the share price of .21 holding 10,000 shares....one's post split position is 250 shares, at $8.40....the value of the position remaining EXACTLY the same...$2,100, down $17,900, from the total, initial, CB investment.

BUT, BUT, BUT, to recoup that $17,900, getting back to the break even amount of $20,000, holding a paltry 250 shares after the 1:40 R/S...

.....THE SHARE PRICE WOULD HAVE TO RISE TO $80, THAT'S EIGHTY DOLLARS....EIGHT ZERO...TO RECOUP CURRENT LOSSES, AND BREAK EVEN!!

$80.... $80....$80.... $80....What are the realistic chances, of that happening any time soon.

Now, with 10,000 shares, without a R/S occurring, sitting at the current .21 SP, one major PR is, possibly, all it could take to get you back to even with a $2.00 SP...a very likely scenario.

Even showing a moderate revenue increase, when the 10K is released next spring, could get that SP back over 2 bucks. Now add the much improved fins, and a major PR or 8K, and your once "Big Red" nFusz position, could, and probably would, be green as all Hell, a substantial PROFIT!!

That's why many board members, and long "co-owners", are up in arms, about a large R/S being implemented.

At the very least, Rory, and his entire team, should brain storm 'til the cows come home, figuring out a scenario, under which an Up-list occurs to the Nasdaq Capital Market, with a R/S, as close to a 1:5, as possible.

All above...imo.

Such a sweet... SHORT SQUEEZE!!
