I don't bash and im being trying to be fair. I'm not a bias posters. I know many believe this deal would closed. I highly suggest waiting for an official PR to come out and said Acquistion or Merger is completed.

You can fall 20 times and it only takes 1 time to be right.

So I am assuming this will be the 5th attempt.
