Ummm - The reported Financials were probably based on approximately 300,000 Brightools users as the Sound Concepts "Numbers" have only been AUDITED thru June 30, 2018. ----- By Mid-August, Sound Concepts had Over 360,000 PAYING users.

Sound Concepts added Over 127,000 PAYING users from Mid-August to Mid-November. - Those numbers are NOT reflected in the Sound Concepts reported Financials YET. -
As such, the impact on the REVENUE is NOT known. - - The reported Financials are ONLY through June 30 now ! -


We've seen some amazing growth, but really over the last few months we've seen phenomenal growth - adding a Couple Hundred Thousand users over the last few months.

The upcoming Updated S-1/A will contain Sound Concepts "Financial Numbers" through September 30, 2018 --- so even that will NOT reflect the current REVENUE numbers
(No October, November, etc.). - It will likely state the number of current "PAYING users" though. -

So as of Mid-November, the current PAYING Sound Concepts' users are at over 490,000, but the Financials are ONLY known as of June 30, 2018. - That is a 4 1/2 Month lag. -
Not in sync. -
