Applied PM protocol w/well understood science will allow us to finally stop the mid evil trial protocols of the past 30+ years. Time = life. It is all on the line, even if we do not know it yet. IMO, the PDD trial is a great choice in timing and the selection of pass/fail criteria.
RWE/RWD will have it's day.

Sorry if this has been mentioned already but early on when Dadofmarcmax, our Resident Epilepsy Expert Checker, (REEC) noted the seizure reducing qualities of Anavex 2-73 he was interested as that is his field of expertise as an MD. Naturally we all paid close attention as this foretold of a much needed indication that Anavex could fulfill. Now as we see, the trial is called Parkinson’s Disease Dementia, which incorporates yet another indication for Anavex.

Just didn’t want to let that go by without at least an asterisk.

With our original focus on Alzheimer’s and the search for it’s cause, I wonder about this precursor to PDD, seizures and is it an Alzheimer’s derivative or it’s own soup? Will AI be able to look at all the biomarkers and results tweeking another bread crumb in the search for AD? And conversely will AI look at AD progression and pick up on shared similarities with PD, PDD, MS, Epilepsy?
