Oz that is a seminal patent for the dielectric optical interposer platform. I share your view that it provides the protections to allow greater freedom to speak. But also provides an important check mark for customers to know that they are dealing with rightful owner of the technology.

Being the foundational patent one would expect the company to recognize that this is material information and should be acknowledge in a PR.
