SIAF had a successful dilution-scam going on for years with a somewhat stable PPS, so then it made sense for them to take a LOAN which heavily reduced their ability to dilute, and then adhere to it (to a large degree, i.e less dilution-money than before).
Then, they decided that they should kill the PPS by delaying the TRW-distribution for a full year to make sure they got rid of virtually all long-timers, and scare away new potential investors with a ridicilous low PB. While diluting at the same time so that they could take the PPS as low as possible before they regained some credibility in the market.
Later they decided to fake a loss on their books to make sure that noone would be interested in the P/E.
And so on. Yes, the only explanation is that SIAF is a scam... lol
