I was referring to better performance in the companies and JV they own.

Yes the equity is increasing, but EPS is tanking. If SIAF is fake, scam and their only business model is solely to print sell shares, why not aggressively make their shares try to increase?! Successful growth in earnings and EPS, frequent press releases etc. This is not the case if you look what they have reported the last two years. In fact the company has been muted.
