Am taking a little more conservative view in that I am not relying or sure of a BUY OUT coming. Though that could very well be in NAK's future. Just waiting on my speculative sequence of events to come to fruition.
Getting the EIS out of the way
Getting all the needed permits
Getting a CASH RICH PARTNER
The start of rebuilding the local town and roads
The start of the first producing PILOT PLANT (3 to 5 years out)
Continued GROWTH from there

This makes NAK a very long term hold at this time and a great place to add shares as progress is made

BUT if a BUY OUT comes I won't complain
