Here are the facts as I understand them.

The company will need cash to pay for all the projects they are working on, and the more the stock is trading at the better position it will be in to secure financing.

A Nasdaq listing will allow the real money to come in and drive up the price 10 times faster than staying on the OTC.

They are working on several projects that once completed will only increase value exponentially.

Salesforce

Microsoft,

Facebook,

Sound Concepts,

notifiMED, TV, ID & what else???

They're all waiting, and only the company knows the best strategy.

I say let's get the hell off the OTC so we can integrate with as many platforms and markets as possible. We can see that these companies want to use nFusz, but if we can't afford to pay the costs to make it all happen we just keep waiting.
