"Visual Healthcare Corp. (VSHC) controls 77,465,259 shares of VisualMED Clinical Systems Corp. (VMCS), so thats a 35% stake. VSHC has no other assets anymore. VMCS has an O/S of 224,170,445 and VSHC has an O/S of 541,344,882.
So if Dab's able to sell VMCS for 10 cents a share ($22,4 million), a VSHC share would be worth 0.014.
At the moment the SP of VMCS is 0.003, so a VSHC share should move around 0.0004"
At the moment, after talking to some people active in AI, i'm convinced they're not going to sell. Visualmed will make a come-back. A first new contract with one of the large networks will propel the stock. Once Visualmed had a market cap of 100 million when they were active in hospital automation. Not saying we will see that number again, but we will see some considerable gains from here.
Off course: just my opinion. Do your own DD.
