Hi Gem, if you want to know what's going on, then read the Intro page on the Visualmed forum (VMCS). As you know VSHC holds a 35% stake in Visualmed.
For now it looks like a pump and dump scheme, but if you read whats going on in Montreal you want to hold on to your shares. This might be the biggest surprise in 2019.
