Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, with our Q1 2019 reporting wrapping up this week it has been very busy. With respect to your below question, I can confirm that the sale of the shares and warrants of Australis capital remains on going. My understanding is that the process is nearing completion and the cash proceeds will be transferred to computershare shortly for payment to non-Canadian residents.



I would suggest you reach out if you haven’t received your payment within two to three weeks.
