Best advice I can offer you is try to be patient. Understanding this has been a drawn out process but it is coming together. Two days back when I called TD, they told me they could trade the shares manually but even he would have to escalate to their supervisor, at that point I was speaking to the department supervisor/officer.

They understood my frustrations and they advised me to contact Invictus IR which led me to no further information and did not receive any call back after being escalated.

Invictus is following these boards as well and referred one of my own posts (the rep was unaware it was me that made the post until I advised them my user name) to me in regards to the ticker trading haults.

Made it quite clear to them that they should have at least advised their investors to have been made aware of the situation.

Your broker is waiting for the transit number from Computershare.

It will come together.
