RPX know they are doomed so they are trying to delay, with all means possible, the inevitable as they know it will be expensive
So all we need to do is wait them out, not going to be pleasant but if we are LONG we have no other choice.
I hope no ones needs to sell as it will be a big loss.
As I mentioned last night, if the defendants had a chance of winning they wouldn’t postpone the court date. This is like a poker game, who’s going to fold?
