agreed, and just to add, they must of read this phrase somewhere.

i remember seeing a show on tv about these guys. they were down in Jamaica for one of the shoots. they showed the neighborhood in which they lived. it was the ghetto. then all of a sudden there would be this really nice house that didn't fit in the scene. well you guessed it ! thats where the scams were coming from ! like i said its been quite some time since i've seen the documentary. but i do believe that they couldn't easily arrest the perpetrators.
