lol why do they call it a driveway if you park on it? why do they call a parkway a place where you drive? The only answer I can give you regarding your question is theoretically every sale has a buyer and seller. The thing is that it isn't always retail to retail. I could buy something (say on the bid to get a good price)and I could be buying it from market maker inventory - not always from another retail seller.
