Let’s all take a minute and appreciate what this image and the others provided by Bigger represents.

That there is one of the worlds leading neuro-oncology surgeons, standing in front of a packed house of her global peers, and she is confidently sharing data on DCVAX-L. She is on the main stage of arguably the most important congress for neuro-oncology on this globe accepting an award for excellence. During this acceptance presentation, she chose to share the latest data from her creation because she knows that it may be the greatest acievement in oncology by mankind to date. Most likely, nearly every one of the 69 authors is there to congratulate her, and share in some part of the glory.

I am thankful for my family, my health, and a future where cancer is no longer a death sentence for so many of my fellow humans.
