Agree and thats what ive been saying... as we all can see... otc is NOT/was NOT the problem!!!

And nasdaq is not going to fix our problems!!

The problem is... there is nothing DONE and nothing to show!!!

Oracle and marketo is still being trained, edu 0 increase and 0 mention, med not even started, V3 still working on it, integrations with partners still working on it... wtf are we going to uplist with??... $10k quarterly and sc revs??!!!.. $10-15m loan and 5-40:1 rs... seriously??!!

and to finish all this requires $$$$$$$$$$$... another offering for integration, another offering for training, another offering for med...

There is still so much we need to do before being stable and uplisting now will be horrible idea.

Rory needs to clam down, relax and regather...

After sc merger/acq...

lets use the revs to complete our crm integrations, complete training, increase our subscriptions, increase edu subs and start/finish med... we have 1 year before rs and i hope rory really considers

I really dont mind the rs after we get this shit going and im sure there will be solid offers for BO then... but to do it now gonna really, really suck
