Rory does not care about the lowly shareholders, only himself and his ego.

If he cared what shareholders thought he would have allowed them a voice in the RS instead of doing it in a backroom deal and shoving it down their throats whether they like it or not and then claiming he and his team are smarter than you and they know best.

Clearly Rory has no idea what he is doing and has done nothing but destroy shareholder value since March.
