I have reached a boiling point of frustration with the chaos that is Utopya, ANDI or whatever this company claims to become. I am beside myself at the blatant dishonesty of the likes of Starkweather, Green, Owen, even Laurs and Cycloides at this point. Where did everyone go and what happened to Green’s incessant #spoton posts? How do these folks sleep at night...I was always raised with the belief and standard that my integrity is worth more than gold, clearly these folks don’t live by that standard. There is no regulation in existence that suggests they couldn’t be more forthcoming about what happened (if not a fraud all along), so the only conclusion I can come up with is they intended to deceive.

It isn’t ok that they simply go on their merry way, unchecked and unaccountable!

Yes, it took me a long time to get to this point....I’m an optimist, and I give benefit of the doubt more than I should. This new reality is painful and I’m bummed, ticked off and wanting revenge, although I know that isn’t right. Having a difficult time reconciling...

And now, we acquired a water company in a full stock transaction. Brilliant...nothing else has worked, so why would this!
