There are two different entities. Below are the two different companies websites. The top link is to Sustainable Water Solutions LLC. The bottom link is to Sustainable Water solutions Inc.

You can clearly see Donald Keer owns the Incorporated company. But that bottom link is just a "showcase" on Manta. If you click on Keer's company web link, you'll see it is no longer active
