I do not know his financial situation or what his stake is if LWLG is acquired or meets their set of goals. He is more to the academia and tech side and was unprepared for some angry shareholders at the AGM. I got a chance to meet him after the meeting adjourned and he is an extremely nice fellow.

It is troubling to me that there is little sense of expectations built into the share price. I assumed we would be closer to 5 bucks a share with the talent they have in the lab but LWLG has many years of timelines elapsed under past management that has investors waiting and not buying. Tough to tell what the future holds but it does seem attractive at a little lower price. TZ assured us that things were happening so I will take him at his word.
