On 5/30/18 LWLG filed Regisration 333-224614 which includes 7,351,402 shares for LPC. At the time of said filing LPC already owned another 2,351,402 shares.

Depending on # of shares LPC to hold for their investment, I would guess that LWLG will continue tapping of funds through LPC, until no more shares for sale from LPC, before the contract expires.

I do not think there are many retail sales of shares outside of LPC lately.
