So this big scheme is further dilution via private placement to get $50k to invest in Mexico? Lol, yeah that sounds like a promising venture/trade off for current shareholders given the OS and debt situation. IMO, this new ceo is following the same path as both the prior CEOs had, as nothing more than a pump scam.
