Dinatrum Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

MONTREAL, Nov. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE – Dinatrum/Alumifuel Power Corporation ("Dinatrum" or the "Company") (AFPW:OTC) - Mr. Pedro Villagran-Garcia, President & CEO, is pleased to announce that the company has arranged a staged non-brokered private placement of up to 500.0 million shares at a price that remains to be specified because it is currently under negotiation.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to fund development of the company’s Sonora projects, within our Pristine Beach within the “Las Perlas” development in Rocky Point, Mexico and for working capital.

The financing is subject to regulatory approval, including payment of any finder’s fees.

The Company’s name change, and new trading symbol will be effective in the over-the-counter markets when FINRA has completed its review of the Company’s application for the name change.
