Possibly the 10k is that close that he thought it might fit in the extension... I don't know, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Uplisting is transformative for a company in the pinks. I certainly have been educated on the process here. I have seen many companies PR that they plan on uplisting "soon as possible" since AMFE has started the process. None of them have. If it was easy, there would be no need for the pink exchange. The 16, 17 audit release was confirmation to me that we are in the process and that shortly we will be QB listed. Frustrating? Sure. But I'm not worried about the company at all. When I step back and look at our progress over the last few years, it's is impressive to me. I don't see business as slowing down. I see future growth and exciting company initiatives, uplist and divvy shares! But I understand the frustration, but I don't let it blind me. I'll stick to what I can see, not what I can't. And I see two growing brands in very lucrative markets. I see a CEO doing his best to remove us from the land of pink. I see institutional investment growing. I see very positive social media coverage of our brand and products. Invest with the eyes and brain, not the sleeve and heart. Glta
