Sadly he's ready to "go", he wants to "go", has made his wishes known both verbally and on his Advanced Directive paperwork- yet nobody wants to touch him surgically because he's such a high cardiac risk... In other words, there's a high chance he wouldn't survive the surgery so he lives with this excruciating pain (been in E.D. 5 times the 6 weeks).
