ABCE also acquired a small air conditioning business which in itself doesnt bring much for assets, but it does give them a business license to start selling and installing solar air conditioning in California.

California is pushing for more renewable energy in homes everyday. This could turn into a big market for ABCE with a proper business plan and advertising.
