Thanks for posting this. But they are being disingenuous. They will be diluting the shares as soon as those warrants come due and they did not address a share buy back program nor the fact that they continue to dilute shares when they have so much money on hand...They have to be honest that this r/s will destroy confidence and sink the price below any levels for Uplisting or margin requirements .... After a year or so when a new set of share holders come in maybe the short memories will save them but all current shareholders are getting a kick squarely in the balls. And they cant even be honest enough to say that....tsk tsk
