Looks like they raised a bunch of money via promissory notes. $2 million in total as of 11/16/18 per the 10-Q. Also, looks like convertible debt increased and a lot has been converted by that same person. Lot's of shares at $0.025. That probably accounts for at least 6.5 millions shares of volume since mid-October. Moreover, they paid some convertible debt down. Lastly, they purchased components, but no mention of production or who the 5 trucks are going to.
