Looks like some bid movement this morning.
A 13K sell; and 47K now on bid.
Might be a pre cursor for possible news and activity before years end IMO.
I'll look to add soon.
Difficult to find cheap stocks; with small SS.
I have a good feeling for this one in 2019;
especially for those who get in at this price level.
