Estimated at the time of the Equity agreement 35 million shares would be purchased by GHS prior to harvest time. Could be greater as the volume picks up. There were two equity deals. One was for 2 x the volume at a 20% discount of the lowest PPS during a 10 day cycle. Shares can only be purchased every ten days. The other was an outright equity purchase of 20 million shares.

On the other hand at the recent rate of volume in the last several weeks GHS should have just about eaten through their shares. Price action leads me to believe GHS was low or out of shares this past Friday.
