Power up only dumped (and by dumped I mean sold into the ask on volume) around 40 million that day on like 400 million volume - rest was straight street level trading.

Accumulation there.

Simple but hard to swallow when the idea being sold is that LIBE never makes anyone money.

It’s an OTC at trips - it will make money as long as the CEO has news to share. And even if not groups will bounce it several times before the end of the year.
