Not sure about the re-org settlement time frame limit, I will check.

I also have not seen anything on any Class A restrictions. Where did you read that ?

I was thinking along the same lines as you about them having a funding/manufacturing partner as a pre-requisite for the re-org.

It's also possible they are in late stage negotiations and were waiting on the big5 solar show to finalize. And as you said they jumped the gun to halt trading.

I am hopeful that end of year 2018 is the jump off point for commercialization.
