I sent an email weeks ago asking why they have gone dark, and asked if dilution is going to be a problem here.
The response;
I guess we're still negotiating?

We have not been neglecting keeping the shareholders Informed, it is sometime to the best interest of the company to keep quite when there are ongoing negotiations.

 

We are still in discussions about Nuova regardless of our exclusivity expiring previous press release we did on the subject was not good for the company as it inflated their expectations about this transaction. Please keep this information for yourself.

Regardless of dilution, there is no dilution in the company Since September 2017 so we cannot understand how you got to this conclusion.
