Why screw around with an empty shell?

Farm bill will be signed by Trump before lame duck session ends 14 Dec. Legalizes hemp and CBD federally and removes from drug schedule.

Inexpensive hemp stocks with actual products on market ready to be plucked. Far less risky than this empty shell.
