CLUELESS: Last I checked, pleading guilty to multiple felony counts of mail fraud and wire fraud and receiving a suspended sentence, 18 months of felony probation, and a $37,000 fine is NOT a “warning”

Mr. Shah is now a registered ex-felon and, among other things, is banned from almost all stock-related activity.

Civil liability hasn’t even been discussed yet because the the years of accounting reports he concealed exposing the widespread damages that resulted from his fraud were just made public weeks ago. However, I can assure you that there multiple firms assessing his assets as well as his preferred shares at this very moment.
