Another thing I noticed...

Is that a guy called Ralph Garcea in Eschelon Wealth Partners wrote articles about NWGI and MCLDF on the same day...08/23/2018. It also occurs to me that Universal mCloud is registered as a foreign company. While they could set up a Level 2 ADR it would be much more efficient to have a U.S. company as far as facilitating investment. There seems to be a lot of smoke here....will be interesting to see if any fire emerges.
